Having a go at creating a page in LibGuides – Visual Arts resources

The Illawarra Grammar School (NSW) has an excellent example of LibGuides here. You can browse these pages alphabetically.

Dakota College uses LibGuides to provide a manual for the creation and management of LibGuides. See it here.

Here is an example of how Trinity Grammar School (NSW) are using LibGuides. This is actually very well set out and resourced, and well worth investigation.

You can also read about what others are saying about LibGuides and how they are using them here.

I decided to stop procrastinating and have a go today. Here is the link to my LibGuides page for the Visual Arts. For some reason one of my videos is too big and obstructs links in another box. Can anyone tell me why?

  1. Hi Tania
Before embedding videos in the middle column set the width to 425. You can do this by choosing size before downloading code from YouTube, or from other sources edit the code when pasting into LibGuides 425×349 seems to work well.
